Cross Cultural Therapy

Cross Cultural Therapy (CCT) is the process of studying mental processes and human behaviour in diverse cultural circumstances. As our surroundings become increasingly diverse, especially in multicultural city like Toronto, San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Boston, we are able to take into account the attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors of a wide range of cultural groups. 

People from different cultures have different behaviors and beliefs; as a result, CCT was developed. In our clinic, we do offer cross-cultural awareness as the key component of our approach. In addition to that, the establishment of a good therapeutic relationship based on respect, trust, rapport and confidentiality is the core foundation of every session with our clients.
